Whether you are a high-level athlete or a weekend warrior, TRP has you covered. Ligament sprains, muscle strains, tendinopathies, fractures, and other more severe injuries that may require surgery can all be effectively treated with our physical and occupational therapy. Head, neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist/hand, back, hip, knee, and ankle/foot injuries are commonly seen by our therapists from clients of all ages. We have years of experience working with youth, high school, college, and professional athletes (NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS) and will work directly with you to get you back to your sport or activity safely and pain-free.

As a part of our wellness programs, we also offer injury prevention screenings that involve a joint by joint assessment from a physical therapist evaluating range of motion, strength, stability, and function to note any asymmetries or risk factors for injury. This helps us keep our athletes healthy and injury-free throughout the entire season.

DRY NEEDLING

It is estimated that approximately 25 million Americans deal with pain on a daily basis. A lot of people are told they just have to “live with the pain” and don’t realize that there are certain modalities out there that have been shown to improve one’s pain and quality of life. One of those is Dry Needling.
Dry needling is an evidence based technique that can be used for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. It is not the same as acupuncture as it is not based on meridians/energy flow. It is instead a more direct type of therapy that uses fine needles to stimulate a healing response to the affected area
