FAQ

What are the benefits of telehealth?

How does telehealth work?

Over a live video chat session, your therapist will:

What do I need for my appointment?

Does insurance pay for telehealth?

We will bill your telehealth appointment to your insurance company the same way we would bill an in-person appointment. Many insurance carriers are now authorized to reimburse for this service. However, every insurance company is different, so please check with your carrier for more information.

The Recovery Project also offers a full range of Virtual Wellness Classes, delivered via live video stream, to improve quality of life during and after treatment. An unlimited subscription to all our Virtual Wellness Classes costs just $50.

***ATTENTION: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently conducting our Wellness Programs virtually only. We hope to resume in-person classes when it is safe to do so, but patient safety is always our top priority. Thank you for your understanding.***
