Seated Strengthening

Specialized fitness class completed in a seated position
Our Seated Strengthening class is a circuit-based exercise program for those needing to exercise in a safe, seated position. This class includes full body strengthening, cardiovascular training, and flexibility exercises to help maintain function and independence. Hand weights or resistance bands are recommended for use during class but are not required. Join us for a challenging, yet fun class to maintain optimal fitness! ​
