Cardio Intervals

Cardio Intervals is designed based on the latest research that supports the many benefits of high intensity, progressive, aerobic exercise. This class utilizes equipment such as stationary bikes, treadmills or stair climbers to increase your heart rate, improve your endurance and encourage you to work harder than you could on your own.
