Fitness Classes to Increase Fitness and Reduce Fall Risks for Stroke Survivors
The Stroke to Strength program has been designed to improve fitness and mobility, and decrease fall risk for individuals who have experienced a stroke. This motivational class works to address multiple domains of physical health including muscle strength, balance, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness.​

A subscription to our Wellness Programs includes unlimited access to group classes, and costs just $50 per month. For the wellness program schedule
