Redcord Suspension Training

Redcord suspension exercises allow your own body weight to be used as resistance or to unweight the body to enable exercises to be completed in a gravity minimized environment. Utilizing the Redcord not only helps strengthen muscles, but it enhances dynamic joint stability, muscle co-activation and muscle synergies. The unsteadiness and three-dimensional movement patterns through ropes and slings help further challenge the neuromuscular system.
