Danielle Poole has joined the team as the medical scheduler for the company’s two full-service clinics in Livonia and Clinton Township.

As medical scheduler, Poole will lead and manage all coordination of client appointments and medical records.

“Danielle’s strong attention to detail, extensive experience managing and organizing teams and operations, and compassionate nature make her the perfect fit,” said Swingle. “We are excited for our hundreds of southeast Michigan clients to get to know her as she moves into this important role.”

Prior to joining The Recovery Project, Poole was senior team leader with Target, where she managed the team, conducted interviews, and drove guest communication and satisfaction. Before that, she was a supervisor with Plymouth, Mich.-based Jeff Zak Catering for eight years. She earned her Bachelor of Science in sociology from the University of Michigan.
