Memory Health Program
Support, Guidance & Hope – Every Step of the Way

A dementia diagnosis can feel overwhelming. It’s normal to have questions, fears, and uncertainty about what comes next. The Memory Health Program at The Recovery Project is here to support both you and your loved ones through this journey with compassion, expertise, and personalized care.

Our program is person-centered, meaning everything we do is focused on what matters most to you. We take the time to understand your values, goals, and daily routines so we can create a treatment plan that fits your life—not the other way around. Every plan is thoughtfully designed using the latest research and evidence-based practices to help you stay as independent, safe, and engaged as possible.
